At AusCoz we provide complete wear-and-care instructions with all our costumes.This will help you wash and dry your costume so it is kept fresh and looking great.
When a costume that we have made for you needs a service, call us to arrange a time to send it back for an appraisal so we can let you know the costs involved and then send it back looking good.
We rarely clean or refurbish costumes that have not been made by us because of the different methods and materials used by other makers, however if you send us a photo we can assess and let you know if this is possible.
